Minutes
The minutes of the last monthly meeting held on Thursday 10th June 2021 were accepted as a true record.
Matters Arising
Technology
A grant funding as a statutory body is not available to the Community Council
Carpets for the hall
3 quotes have been obtained with a further quote to obtained from a local supplier
Finance
The bank reconciliation and accounts were circulated and approved
Neath Valley Cluster Group
The Cluster Development Project manager Mr Andy Pughsley has now been employed and will attend the October meeting. The Community Council will provide funding of £5000 towards the project.
Rent Review for current user
A proposal to raise the rental for the current full time user, due to increased electric charges was agreed, and will be taken to the full council.
Business Bank Card
Due to increased online purchases the Clerk requested that a business bank card be obtained for the use of the Community Council. This was agreed in principle, and the clerk will check this service is available and report to the full council.
