Finance Meeting
The Finance meeting was held in the Community Hall on Thursday 26th September at 6pm

The minutes of the last monthly meeting held on Thursday 18th July were accepted as a true record.
1. Matters arising
Abergarwed park
The park has now been inspected by ROSPA and the groundwork has been completed. The refurbishment of the play equipment will start in due course. A suggestion to put up dog signs will be taken to the parks committee.
Pavilion
the process of insulation of the pavilion roof and replacement windows by the use of grant aid was ongoing.
Financial Report
The accounts to 31/8/19 were presented and approved. A projected end of year balance will be drawn up.
Precept
The proposed precept for the next financial year was discussed and will be decided over the coming months with the full council
Cemetery grant
As the cemetery at St David’s Church is a public cemetery administered by the Church, it was proposed that the clerk look into the possibility of continuing the donation

Financial Regulations – Formal Tender Limit
The external auditor recommends that the financial regulations contained in our Standing Orders regarding procurement, should be amended in line with our annual expenditure. This will be taken to the full council
