Finance Meeting
The Finance meeting was held in the Community Hall on Thursday 8th October 2020 at 6pm

Prior to the meeting Mr. David Richards attended to inform members that the British Legion in Resolven has now folded. He advised that the Resolven Events Committee had taken over the organizing of the Armistice Day event for this year. Members would like to thank the committee for upholding this tradition in Resolven and are happy to help in any way they can. Discussion for next year will take place in due course.
Minutes
The minutes of the last monthly meeting held on Thursday 10th September 2020 were accepted as a true record.
Financial Reports –
The bank reconciliation and joint accounts to 30/9/20 were presented and approved.
Members were reminded to consider the precept for the next financial year
Ty Banc canal Group – Information Board
The full Council agreed to put £500 into the precept for next year to support this project
A further proposal to donate £200 to the group to purchase part of the canal land was agreed and will go to the full council
Defibrillator in Abergarwed
The item has been received and will be installed in due course
