Matters Arising
Storage at park for Resolven Events Committee
The proposal to fund the clearance of an area for the storage container was agreed by both parties. The Resolven Events Group would not ask for a donation for the next 2 years.
Hall
The nappy box and heater have now been purchased
Budget forecast for 2019/2020
The budget forecast for the next financial year was presented. Following discussion it was agreed to reduce some of the spending in order to facilitate a 3.5% rise. Several areas of spending were reduced and the IT budget to be deferred until the 2020/2021 financial year.
The proposal to use any surplus funds in this financial year, along with some reserve funds to finance the shortfall in grant funding for the climbing frame was agreed, and will be taken to the full council.
