The Clerk presented the budget forecast for the next financial year, and it was agreed to hold a joint meeting with the Parks and Finance committees to finalise

Christmas Trees: It was agreed to purchase a Christmas tree for the hall and the village entrance placed on Sardis
Pilot of Community and Town Councils Self- Evaluation Toolkit – Expressions of Interest – Following discussions the members agreed not to join this scheme

Arrangements for the CO-Vid dedication and Remembrance service are well in hand
A tree to mark the Queens Platinum Jubilee has been ordered.
125/21 Councillors Reports
Members would like to express their thanks to Mr Alun Morgan who has volunteered to carry on the litter pick in the parks over the Winter
Cllr Trefor Jones gave a brief report of the One Voice Wales meeting that he has recently attended.
Cllr Peter Thomas reports that chain link fencing in the lane from Ynys Fawr Avenue to the Rugby Club needs repair. – NPT to be contacted.
