Minutes
The minutes of the last monthly meeting held on Thursday 20th April 2023 were accepted as a true record.
Financial Accounts
Due to ongoing work with the full audit, the monthly financial accounts will be forwarded in the next few weeks.
The internal audit has been completed by the independent internal auditor and received an excellent report.
Wales Audit
Details of the full audit required have been received. Wales Audit this year will investigate all aspects of the Council’s finances and audit accounting.
Virtual meetings
The projector and microphone have been purchased; the zoom business operating account will be set up in due course.
Projects
As the multi-use games area will probably take 2/3 years to complete it was agreed in principle to install a youth pod during this financial year subject to a suitable location and approval by the full council.
