The Finance meeting was held in the Community Hall on Wednesday 20th June 2024

Finance
Accounts and Bank reconciliation which had been previously circulated were approved.
MUGA
A working group has now been set up and discussions with Mr Paul Hinder of NPT who is assisting with the grant applications, the football and rugby clubs and other various organisations in the area are ongoing. This is a massive project and will take some time to come to fruition subject to all grants being available.
Request from the Bowling clubs
The bowling clubs will be holding a tournament on 4th August for the general public and have requested a donation of £300 towards the event, members were agreed in principle as long as it was given recognition for this donation. This will be taken to the full council.
