Minutes
The minutes of the last monthly meeting held on Thursday 13th May 2021 were accepted as a true record.
Matters arising
Dog signs
The proposal to request a bye law to alleviate this continuing problem was agreed. The Clerk will consult with One Voice Wales and NPT and report back to the full council.
Finance
The bank reconciliation was circulated and accepted and approved.
Neath Valley Cluster Group
The funding applications are being prepared
Councillor’s Allowances
HMRC have not come to agreement re taxation of Councillor’s allowance, therefore the amount is still taxable and could affect anyone on benefits.
Technology
A source of grant funding has been identified which could fund any technical equipment required by the community council. The project Manager will investigate it.
