The minutes of the last Monthly Meeting held on Thursday 24th May 2018 were confirmed as a true record.
Matters Arising
Multi Gym – Grant funding of £10,800 from NPT Minor Projects has been awarded. Awards for All have turned down our application, members will look for other sources of funding
Internal Audit
Was approved by the full council
Resolven Carnival.
A request was received for a donation of £220 for a children’s item at the carnival. This was agreed and will go to full council for approval
Councillor Payments
The clerk advised that we are obliged as a council, to publish any councillor payments awarded.
Date of next meeting to be agreed at the next full Council meeting in July
