Finance Meeting
The Finance meeting was held in the Community Hall on Thursday 9th July 2020 at 6pm

The minutes of the last monthly meeting held on Thursday 12th February 2020 were accepted as a true record.
Financial Reports –
The bank reconciliation to 30/6/20 was presented and approved.
Parks and Bowling green.
Cllr A. Jones advised the members of all the current work being carried out in the parks and pavilion, which included deep cleaning and safety measures being put in place.
Ongoing maintenance has been carried out and a general clearing of the areas. Replacement tables are being purchased along with new flooring for the hall way
Wall mounted hand sanitisers will be installed over the next few weeks in the buildings and parks.
Hall
The new tenant has requested to install a business sign on the front pillar and this was agreed.
A quote for £115 was received for updating the Chairman’s Board, this was agreed.
