The Monthly Meeting of the Council was held on Thursday 2nd July 2020 at 6pm in the Community Centre.

Removal of lamp posts behind Ynysfach
Tai Tarian are responsible for the removal of the lamp posts behind Ynysfach and Cllr Lewis has been in contact to have them replaced.
The damage to the dram is due to be repaired in the next 2 weeks

The Minutes of the Meeting held on Thursday 4th June 2020 were accepted as a true record.

The Clerks report was presented and approved.
A request under the Freedom of Information Act which was received via our Face Book page, was presented and will be complied with in due course.

Parks/Environment/Hall committee – The minutes of the meeting 22nd and 24th June 2020 were accepted as a true record.
Deep cleaning of the pavilion and toilets has taken place and safety measures put in place for users.
Finance/Funding – No meeting to report
55/20 Chairman’s Report
The Chairman proposed that there would be no subscriptions for the bowling green this season due to no league games being played. This was agreed by all members

Reports of antisocial behaviour in the parks at night, residents are advised to contact the Police
Due to the current crisis the cemetery discussions are on hold
Following recent guidelines, the emergency line will cease on 15th August 2020 when shielding will be suspended.
