Finance Meeting
The Finance Meeting was held in the Community Hall on Thursday 18th January 2018

The minutes of the last Monthly Meeting held on Thursday 16th November 2017 were confirmed as a true record.
Matters Arising
Christmas lights – The lights have now been repaired and were erected for the Christmas period.
Multi Gym
The item has now been removed. Grant funding will be applied for to replace the item in the Spring.
Precept for the year 2018-2019
Following further regulations form the Welsh Government Audit Committee involving further costs for the Community Council, it was agreed by full Council to raise the precept, which was originally set at £49225 to £50375 to expedite these extra costs.
Caretaker/Cleaner
Following the retirement of the Caretaker/Cleaner, it was agreed to advertise the post on the web site, face book, library, notice boards and local shops. The salary would be paid monthly (pro rata). The start date would be 1st April 2018 with the closing date for applications the 28th February 2018, following approval by the full Council.
