The Minutes of the Meeting held on Thursday 5th December 2024 were accepted as a true record.
04/25 Clerk’s report and Council Matters Arising/Materion yn codi o’r cofnodion
ac adroddiad y Clerc.
The Clerks gave a verbal report, there were no issues or matters arising
05/25 Financial
The bank reconciliation for 31/12/24 and the joint accounts were presented to the members and approved.
The Wales audit has completed its audit of the accounts and submitted a qualified report which was relayed to the members. There were no matters of concern other than administrative matters which will be dealt with over the coming year

Age Without Limits Day: Micro-grants for Age-friendly Communities
High Sheriff Awards 2024-25 deadline 1st February 2025R
Review of Senedd Constituencies -members have raised objections to the boundary proposals for our wards
07/25 Sub-Committee Reports
Parks Committee – No meeting in December – The major project for the next 2 years is the new 3g pitch, providing we are able to obtain funding, therefore it will be general maintenance only in all the parks until such time as we are able to go ahead.
08/25 Vice – Chairman’s Report
A Happy New year was given to all present and all are hoping for a good year ahead.
