The Finance Meeting was held in the Community Hall on Thursday 24th January 2019

Funding
To facilitate the development of projects during each financial year it has been agreed that the Parks and Environment committee will initiate ideas for schemes and the finance committee will undertake the task of finding the funds. These funds will be generated mainly via grant funding, due to the precept being mostly used for funding the Community Council in its duties.
Project Planning
A timetable will be drawn up showing the proposed projects with the timelines for funding and completion.
Accounts
The 9 monthly accounts and bank balances were presented along with the budget to actual figures, which were approved.
Code of Conduct Training
A proposal to hold Code of Conduct training at the centre was accepted in principle.
The cost of the course is £399 plus expenses, it was agreed to contact other Community Councils in the area, to see if they would like to participate.
