Minutes
The minutes of the last monthly meeting held on Thursday 8th April 2021 were accepted as a true record.
Matters arising
Dog signs – NPT contacted for correct wording to discourage continual dog walking in the park – ongoing
5 Year plan – has been drafted and was again discussed at length, all projects have been allocated to the members, and it is hoped this will encourage the community to come forward with the suggestions for the future.
Finance
The bank reconciliation was circulated and accepted and approved. The previously agreed budget forecast for this financial year was also circulated.
Insurance
The insurance for the council is due on 1st June 2021 our agents Came and Company have sent their recommendations and it was agreed to use the quote from Hiscox for the
3year term.
