The minutes of the last Monthly Meeting held on Thursday 15th February 2018 were confirmed as a true record.
Matters Arising
Multi Gym – Grant funding will be applied for through various organisations. The suggestion put forward was to apply to NPT Minor Projects 60% – Awards for all 30% and Ffynnon Oer 10%
Benches at Ty Banc – The benches have been purchased and will be moved to Abergarwed park in memory of Cllr Redvers Davies.
End of year Accounts – the accounts were presented to the members and approved. The internal audit will now be carried out.
