Finance Meeting
The Finance meeting was held in the Community Hall on Wednesday 14th February 2024

Finance
Accounts and Bank reconciliation which had been previously circulated were approved.
The RFO reported that the financial position was good at present and members were hopeful that alongside the MUGA project new items can be put in the park.
MUGA
Discussions continue regarding the revamp of the MUGA and a proposal to set up a working group will be taken to the full council.
Purchase of TV
The TV has been purchased and is a great improvement for the Zoom meetings.
Attendance
The low turnout for meetings is becoming a concern, and whilst understanding that for those who are working it may be difficult at times it should be noted that an absence of 6 months may result in the Councillor being disqualified unless his/her long-term absence has not been agreed upon by a full council meeting.
Council Tax
The members were pleased to note that NPT have kept the council tax to 7.9%
