Finance Meeting
The Finance meeting was held in the Community Hall on Thursday 13th February 2020 at 6pm

The minutes of the last monthly meeting held on Thursday 14th November 2019 were accepted as a true record.
Financial Reports –
The accounts to 31/01/20 were presented and approved.
Reserve Account –
A proposal to sweep all outstanding balances at the end of the financial year to the reserve account was approved by the full Council. Following further discussion at the finance meeting, it was agreed to amend this to ‘sweep all outstanding balances until a total of £25,000 has been achieved’ This will be taken to the full Council to approve.
Bank Account
Our parks account with Lloyds Bank has been transferred to a Treasurers Account with free banking and a refund of previous charges £329.80 has been received
NPT lamp posts
NPT are renewing many of their lamp posts and it was suggested that the Community Council approach NPT via County Councillor Dean Lewis to ask if we could have the steel posts for the village with a view to having more posts for Christmas lights.
