91/22 Library meeting – A meeting has been arranged for Thursday 8th December to discuss the Resolven Library.
100/22 Precept.
The precept for the financial year 2022/2023 was now due to be set by the Community Council. The Clerk presented the budget forecast for the coming year. Following the recommendation of the finance committee it was agreed to raise the precept by 3% to £62,350.
101/22 Christmas Trees for the village
Members agreed to purchase 2 Christmas trees once again for the village this year 1 is located at the entrance to the village and the other in the Resolven Community Centre.

Parks/Environment/Hall committee. – No meeting in November

Appeal by Mr Carl Hendy- Land South of Neath Road, Abergarwed, Neath.- All letters of support previously sent will be forwarded to the appeal panel.
Finance Committee. – A special joint meeting was held to discuss the budget for the next financial year see item 100/22
104/22 Chairman’s Report.
The Chairman and members thanked the Clerk for the organisation of the Remembrance Service which had an excellent turnout and went very well.
