Meeting Parks 5th August 2020
Present: Cllr Mr A. Jones, Mr R. Gillespie (park keeper)

To discuss ongoing requirements for parks
Matters arising:-
Lines to be painted on the tennis courts
trenches to be dug and cemented
Urinal flush to be repaired
Following discussion the following measures were proposed:-
New notice boards to be purchased for the hall way and entrance made bigger to enable social distancing.
Replace worn flooring in hallway to prevent trip hazard
Fist Aid training to be arranged for Park Keeper and relief and Clerk
Work in progress signs to be made whilst working in the parks
Work schedule to be drawn up to ensure all areas are covered
Membrane and chippings around the railings to prevent further weed growth
Weeds and brambles around the community hall to be cleared
